VAPOUR MUSSELS
INGREDIENTS 4-6 PEOPLE
1 Kilo of fresh clean mussels
3 lemons, cut in quarters
1 cup of water
PREPARATION
In a large pot, put water, 3 of the cut lemons and mussels.
Cook until the mussels are open. Serve in a bowl while hot including the water in the pot.
My brother and sister used to fight to drink the lemon water left on the bowl ! and we will drink it with the mussels own self!

GARLIC PRAWNS
INGREDIENTS FOR TAPA DISH
· 500 grams of peeled king prawns
· 6 garlic cloves, grated
· ¼ bunch of parsley
· ¼ cup of olive oil
PREPARATION
Heat oil in a clay dish . If you don’t have one, you can use a small frying pan.
Add half of the grated garlic and let it cook for 30 seconds on high heat.
Add the prawns, the rest of the garlic and the parsley.
Stir every 2 minutes until prawns look cooked (about 7 minutes maximum).
Serve while hot!
