My first memories as a little girl where always in the kitchen.
It was always the busiest place of the house and also where women’s of the family met to discuss their recipes and life’s.
I consider myself very fortunate to have shared beautiful moments and learnt what I know today from my grandmother and mother, which themselves learn from their mother and grandmothers.
Spanish food is considered part of a Mediterranean healthy diet due to the diversity of fresh ingredients and the traditionally unprocessed methods and simplicity.
That is why I would like to bring my knowledge of 3 generations of spanish cooking to you.
