Ingredients (makes 4)
4 cups of cooled red wine (any red would do.. .)
1 ½ tablespoon sugar
Juice of 1 large orange
Juice of 1 large lemon
1 large orange, sliced thin crosswise
1 large lemon, sliced thin crosswise
2 medium aples, peeled, pitted and cut into chunks
2 cup of soda water –if you would like to make it sweeter, you can use lemonade instead.
Preparation
Keep wine in fridge for at least 4 hours prior to making the sangria.
Combine all the ingredients except for the soda water in a large jar or bowl , mixing well.
Add the soda water and ice cubes.
LISTO!-Now enjoy !!
NS:If you like it strong, you can also add rum to taste. I'm warning you ,it can be dangerous!! ;-)

Oh, I could just kiss you! I'm making a whole lot of these when I have time and pop them in the fridge. Pour them as needed when I'm cooking. But I doubt it would last that long!
